By the impugned order, the objection raised by the Petitioner to the nomination paper of the 1st Respondent for contesting general ward election of the Municipal Corporation has been rejected. At this stage, no interference can be made with the process of election. If the 1st Respondent gets elected, the Petitioner can always file an election dispute raising all the contentions which are raised in this Petition. Subject to what is observed above, the Petition is disposed of.
