This is an application for substituted service on the Respondent Nos.6 to 13, 17 and 18 by way of publishing the same in the local newspaper.

It is submitted that the addresses of the said Respondents were not known to the Applicant. The Application has been preferred by the Applicant on the basis of information received under RTI. It is,

In the aforesaid circumstances, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - (a).
