The appeal is not directed against the properties involved in the subject application. Hence, both these applications are allowed by clarifying that the interim stay granted by this Court vide Order dated 13th June 2018 is only restricted to the properties comprising of Room No.101 and 106 in Sai Krupa Apartment, Shivajinagar, Thane (West). These properties are the only subject matters of the Criminal Appeal.
