Record indicates that, by an Order dated 6th April 2010, Rule was granted, however interim relief was rejected in the present Petition. The Order impugned herein is dated 13th July 2009 passed below Exh.1 in Misc. Criminal Application No.40 of 2009, thereby directing the Petitioners to handover custody of the said child in favour of the Respondent No.1 (mother). The said Order was confirmed by the Revisional Court by its Judgment and Order dated 7th August 2009 passed in Criminal Revision Application No. 19 of 2009.

As the custody of the child is already with Respondent No.1 (mother), it appears that the Petitioners are not interested in pursuing present Petition.
