The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 86 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The reasons why the delay of 86 days has occurred are mentioned in paragraph 2 of the Civil Application. The sum and substance of the reasons is that the Applicant was labouring under the belief that a Second Appeal would be required to be filed challenging the judgment and order passed by the Lower Appellate Court. On account of the said impression that the Applicant did not take steps to file the above Civil Revision Application which has resulted in the delay of 86 days in filing the same.

Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly the delay of 86 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application would stand condoned. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. List the above Civil Revision Application for admission on 03/05/2017.
