By this petition the petitioner has impugned the order passed by the learned Additional Commissioner, Division Nashik disqualifying the petitioner. The learned Minister is now available for the hearing the appeal preferred by the petitioner.

A perusal of the impugned order dated 14th June, 2018 indicates that the petitioner has been disqualified on the ground that her husband has carried out some unauthorized construction on the Government property. The petitioner has made out a case for grant of ad-interim relief during the pendency of the appeal filed by the petitioner before the learned Minister. In my view, the said appeal preferred by the petitioner itself can be disposed of on its own merits. 3.

I, therefore, pass the following order :- (a) The learned Minister is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 14th June,2018 expeditiously and not later than three months

kvm 2/2 14-WPST20167.18 from the date of the first meeting and on its own merits. (b) The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Minister on 8th August,2018 at 11.00 a.m. (c) If the date and time fixed by this court is not convenient to the learned Minister, the early convenient date and time shall be conveyed to the parties by the learned Minister.

(d) Till the date of the disposal of the said appeal preferred by the petitioner and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order, the impugned order dated 14th June, 2018 passed by the 1st respondent would remain stayed.

(e) The petitioner shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment before the learned Minister.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
