This Appeal is directed against the order dated 10.7.2014 passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Mumbai, in draft Notice of Motion in L.C. Suit No.1317 of 2014. The plaintiffs had prayed for interim injunction directing the defendants not to carry out the work of demolition and construction and development on the suit site. The ad-interim relief was refused.

None appear for the appellants. This Appeal is pending for admission since 2015. The learned Counsel appearing for the

ao.331.2015_7.doc respondent No.2 / SRA informs the Court that everything is demolished and now the building is standing on the suit site. 3.

In view of this, nothing remains in this appeal. The appeal is therefore, dismissed accordingly. Civil Application also stands dismissed.
