The complainant and the applicant are present in the Court. The present applicant is identified by the complainant and both of them have agreed to amicably settle the matter. 2.

In view thereof, in my opinion, the custodial interrogation is not necessary. Hence, the application is allowed.

In view therefore, in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on P.R. Bond of Rs. 15,000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount and shall attend the Mira Road Police Station as and when called. 4.
