Heard the learned Counsel Mr. Suvarna for the Petitioner. The learned Counsel submits that he received instructions to withdraw the Petition, in view of the subsequent developments that the Family Court at Pune has passed Decree on 17th September 2016 in P.A No. 1242 of 2013. He placed on record a photocopy of the Judgment dated 17th September 2016. In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives in the present Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
