This application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 07.04.2014 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) dismissing the Appeal from Order along with Civil Application as against respondent Nos.3 & 4. It is also for condonation of delay of 91 days in filing the present appeal which is prayed to be condoned. 2.

Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and having perused the reasons as set out in paras 3 to 5, the prayers in Civil Application are deserved to be allowed. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b). (G. S. KULKARNI, J.) 1/1
