Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant and the Respondent in person and the following order is passed by consent : i.

Marriage Petition No. A-19 of 2017 filed by the Respondent husband before the Family Court, Kolhapur is transferred to the Family Court, Solapur. ii.

The Family Court, Solapur shall allow the Respondent to use the Video Conferencing facilities.

iii.

The Respondent shall appear before the Family Court, Solapur only when the Family Court, Solapur feels that his presence is required before the Court. iv.

The Respondent shall be at liberty to affirm, verify his pleadings / Affidavits before the Family Court, Kolhapur and forward the same to the Family Court, Solapur, which the Family Court, Solapur shall accept.

Since the proceedings shall be conducted through Video Conferencing, the Family Court, Solapur shall fix the hearing of the matter at the time specified in advance.

vi.

The Family Court, Solapur shall endeavour to dispose of Marriage Petition No.A-19 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of this order. vii.

The Family Court, Solapur shall not grant any adjournment to the parties unless absolutely necessary. The parties too shall not seek any adjournment unless absolutely necessary.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 2.

The above Misc. Civil Application is accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
