The learned APP on instructions from the Investigation Officer who is personally present in Court submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 1.9.2016 passed by this Court the applicant has attended the Investigation Officer and co-operated in the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary, however, the applicant may be directed to attend the Investigation Officer as and when called for till filing of the charge sheet as against the applicant.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 1.9.2016 is confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigation Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till

It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant to the police station the Investigation Officer shall issue a notice under Section 160 of the Cr.P.C. 4.
