1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Perused the FIR. FIR discloses the offences committed by the Petitioners. FIR also discloses the weapon and in addition thereto the Medical Certificate annexed at page No. 18 of the Petition discloses head injury caused by the weapon as also the dimension of the injury caused. The offences are clearly made out.

3. We are therefore not inclined to accept the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners. The chargesheet has been filed. In view of the above, trial needs to be completed. We direct the Trial court to complete the trial within a period of 12 months from today subject to cooperation by the parties concerned and the prosecution.
