Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Ground-A taken in the Writ Petition and pressed before us reads as under:
"A.
The Hon'ble Tribunal has failed to appreciate that the transfer is in gross violation of the NCC Rules and the policy. The Hon'ble Tribunal has not discussed the said aspect in the impugned order though it has been specifically raised in the Original Application as well as argued before the Hon'ble Tribunal."
