On instructions, the learned A.G.P, submits that remaining part of the order in question dated 28th July, 2021 is also complied with as cheque for Rs.4,55,939/- of the amount of interest has been issued to the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that cheque has been indeed issued to the petitioner and he also submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been substantially satisfied. 5.

In view of the above, Contempt Petition is disposed of having served it's purpose. No costs.
