Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the State.

At the outset, the learned APP submitted that the trial has reached an advance stage and only the investigating officer remains to be examined.

In view of aforesaid statement, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application. The learned counsel for the applicants however submits that since only investigating officer is to be examined, the trial may be expedited. 4.

In the backdrop of the fact that the trial has reached an advanced stage, the submission appears reasonable. 5.

The Court seized with RCC No. 1361 of 2022 arising out of C.R. No.1123 of 2022 is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the trial in RCC No. 1361 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible. Vishal Parekar ...1
