P.C. :- The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to delete the Respondent No.4 from the array of parties. Deletion is permitted at the risk and consequences of the Petitioner. 2.

The learned Counsel for the parties state that the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and have executed Consent Terms which have been signed by all concerned and by those who are authorized to enter into such Consent Terms.

The learned AGP points out that the Consent Terms are not signed by the Education Officer.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.1 and 2 state that nothing in the Consent Terms would affect the rights of the deleted Respondent. Accordingly, at their request, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' and the Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. (N.M. JAMDAR, J.)
