The grievance of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, in the aforesaid petition is, that in the complaint filed by the petitioner before the learned JMFC, no orders have been passed by the learned Magistrate, and that, the said complaint is pending for the last one year.

In view of the aforesaid grievance made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, we direct the learned JMFC, 8th Satish Sangar 1/2

33-WP-3565-2022.doc Court, Thane to decide the complaint / pass appropriate orders on the said complaint as expeditiously as possible and in any event, on or before 1st December, 2022. 3.

We make it clear, that we have not gone into the merits of the petition nor examined the complaint and as such, the learned Magistrate to decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid terms. 5.

All the parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
