Heard Mr. Apte, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner. He submits that a copy of the letter produced on record is sent to the Deputy Municipal Commissioner and the Education Officer by the Legal Adviser, Thane Municipal Corporation. It is marked as document "A" for identification. He pointed out from the letter that the Review Petition filed against the Judgment dated 4/8/2021 delivered in favour of the by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date: 2022.02.15 17:42:56 +0530 RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Petitioner has been dismissed and, therefore as stated in the letter,

In view of the above, we find that nothing survives in this petition and, accordingly, we direct the Respondent Nos.1 and 3 to implement the advise given by the Legal Adviser by his letter date 14/2/2022 within 6 weeks from the date of this order. 3.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
