After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice.

The learned APP has submitted that in the present case charge has been framed on 6.2.2016. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that although charge is framed in February, 1016, till today, the trial has been protracted and no witnesses are examined. 3.

Taking into consideration the submission, the learned Sessions Judge is hereby requested to expedite the trial and make an endeavour to conclude th recording of evidence within 11 months from today. (SMT. SADHANA S.JADHAV, J.)
