Action under Section 390 of Code of Criminal Procedure Code be taken against respondent nos. 2 and 3.

Dusane 2/2 23 appln 460.2016.doc The respondents shall appear before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 16th Court, Ballard Pier, Mumbai on/or before 25th June 2019 and furnish bail bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/- and one or more sureties in the like amount.

The respondents shall thereafter continue to mark their presence before the Metropolitan Magistrate once in six months on the date assigned by the Metropolitan Magistrate. Upon failure to attend any two consecutive dates, the Metropolitan Magistrate Court shall make a report to the High Court and the prosecution would be at liberty to file an application seeking cancellation of bail.
