The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the proposal was forwarded for seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner on the unaided post. Earlier proposal was not considered on the ground that there was deficiency in the earlier application. Existing management resubmitted the proposal. The same is not decided. 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner (page 34) is pending with Respondent No.2, Respondent No.2 shall decide the same within 8 months from the date of communication of the present order to the Respondent No.2. 3.
