Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 236 of 2017 registered with the Baramati Taluka Police Station, Baramati, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 1/3

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is a student aged about 18 years. He submits that there is no specific role attributed to the applicant and that the allegations as against the applicant are general in nature.

Learned A.P.P states that present applicant along with 3 others is alleged to have assaulted Pravin. He submits that Pravin has sustained one grievous injury i.e. fracture to mid sharp ulna left i.e. elbow. 5.
Looking to the age of the applicant, and in the facts of the case, the application is allowed and the applicant is granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;
(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called, till the filing of the charge-sheet or for a period of three months from today, whichever is earlier;

(iii) The applicant shall inform his latest place of residence and mobile contact number immediately after being released and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the trial Court, as well as to the concerned Police Station, ion writing; (iv) The applicant shall cooperate in the conduct of the trial. 6.
The application is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear that the observations made herein are prima facie, for the purpose of deciding this application. 8.
