A limited request is made on behalf of the petitioner for a direction to the Family Court to decide the application Exhibit 42 which is for interim access to the minor son - Vivaan. The request made is reasonable.

Learned Judge of the Family Court is requested to decide the application Exhibit 42 expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date this order is placed on record.

Mr. Shetye, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Though this is not the subject matter of the present writ petition, in the interest of justice, the trial Court may consider expediting the application for travelling expenses preferred by the wife.
