Mr. Deshpande submitted that respondent no.7 is ordinarily resident of

2 / 2 caw/2304/2015 Thane District where 'Thane Vaibhav' is widely circulated newspaper. He further submitted that for the reasons stated in the application, application may be allowed as respondent no.7 is avoiding service.

In view of the submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) with no order as to costs.
