Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer is of the opinion that the supplementary statements of the petitioners, who are original accused in the subject crime, would be recorded and within three weeks a final report would be submitted. 2.

We have perused the photostat copy of FIR No. II 21 of 2015. Said copy is illegible.

We direct the respondent - State, Director General of Police, State of Maharashtra and the concerned Dy. S.P. to issue appropriate instructions for forwarding legible documents, F.I.R., charge-sheet etc. in the concerned courts.

We dispose of this petition on the statement made by the learned APP that final report would be submitted within three weeks. It is clarified that in case the final report goes adverse to the petitioners, the petitioners are at liberty to resort to appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Registrar (Judicial-I) shall peruse the copy of the F.I.R. furnished to the court. Appropriate steps be taken and instructions be issued to the concerned department.

Registry to forward copy of this order to the Director General of Police, State of Maharashtra and the Dy. S.P., Palghar District, Boisar Area.
