Our attention is invited to fact that challenge is to change in pattern of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) in the year 2013 with further direction to Respondents to conduct it in same mode and manner as in the year 2012.

Learned Advocate submits that thereafter 7 to 8 further examinations have been held on same lines and, therefore, prayers do not survive. We accept the submission.
