Ms Chandka seeks time on the ground that the Advocate on record is in personal difficulty.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 state that till date, the order dated 03.08.2016 passed by this Court has not been complied with. She states that not a single penny has been deposited by the Petitioner so far. She submits
WP 2642-16.doc that the Petitioner is in arrears of maintenance to the extent of Rs.86,000/-.

Considering the conduct of the Petitioner, the Petition stands dismissed. If for any reason, the Petitioner agrees to deposit the said amount, the Petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate Application seeking restoration of the aforesaid Petition.
