Heard learned counsel for Applicant as also learned counsel for Respondent no.4 on civil application, which is for restoration of Writ Petition No.4262 of 2000, which suffered dismissal for want of prosecution. For the reasons stated in the civil application, we are satisfied that sufficient cause is shown to restore the writ petition. Accordingly, civil application is allowed and writ petition is ordered to be restored to its original file.
