I am informed that there are no criminal antecedents and the only role attributed to the applicant is that of driver. 5.

As such, case for bail is made out.

Applicant is directed to be released on bail in Crime No.476 of 2021 registered with Ambernath Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 384, 170, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
