He has produced on record a copy of the death certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation, D-Ward. 2] In view thereof, the criminal proceeding bearing No.4205745/SS/2015 pending on the file of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 42nd Court, Shindewadi, Dadar against the petitioner stands abated.
