None appears for the petitioners. Even on the last occasion, no appearance was put in by the petitioner. By order dated 25 th November 2022, this court has placed this petition for disposal.

The petition challenges the order dated 23 rd June 2017 passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Mangaon, below Exhibit-77 in Regular Civil Suit No.117 of 2012, rejecting the petitioners' application for impleading them as necessary and proper parties to R.C.S. No.117 of 2012 pending before the court at Mangaon. The petitioner has not pursued this matter since the filing of the present petition.

On checking status of Regular Civil Suit No.117 of 2012 pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Mangaon on the C.I.S., it appears that the 1/2 14-WP-8908-2017.doc Dixit

Regular Civil Suit No.117 of 2012 itself has been decided by an order dated 25 th September 2017 passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Mangaon. Consequently, nothing survived in this petition since the same arises from a challenge to the order passed in the disposed proceedings. 4.
