It is informed by the APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer that applicant has given a letter dated 25th August, 2022 intimating that the complainant can collect his belongings from the office of applicant.

In view of above, APP on instructions submits that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. 3.

In that view of the matter, ad-interim protection order dated 3rd August, 2022 stands confirmed.

In the event of arrest in Crime No.160 of 2022 registered with NRI Coastal (Sagari) Police Station, Navi Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 504, 506 of IPC, applicant is BGP.

directed to be released released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 5.

Applicant shall attend and report to the Investigating Officer as and when called.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
