Mr. Choudhary, learned counsel for the applicant submits that this intervention application has been filed by the applicant who is the original complainant in MECR No.6/2015 registered with MIDC Police Station, Mumbai with a view to espouse his cause and to oppose the bail application preferred by the accused. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. The application is allowed.

2) The applicant in Bail Application No.1019/2015 is hereby directed to implead the

2 /2 APPP-653-15 applicant Mr. Vijay L. Chavale in Bail Application No.1019/2015 as respondent No.2. The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
