The present application is taken out by the applicant/wife for withdrawal of the arrears, which have been deposited by the respondent/husband in furtherance of the order dated 15/01/2020. The Registry has recorded that an amount of Rs.90,000/- is deposited vide D.D.No.358197 dtd.27/01/2020.

Since the husband is challenging the order dated 06/11/2019, directing him to pay an amount of Rs.15,000/- towards maintenance pendente lite to the wife from the date of application i.e. 19/06/2019 and the notice was issued, subject to deposit of the arrears, the applicant/wife is permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.90,000/-, which has been deposited towards the arrears of maintenance.

The Registry, upon proper proof and identifcation, being produced by the applicant, shall permit the withdrawal. 3.

The application stands disposed off.
