1] The only relief claimed in the Petition is for a direction to Respondent No.1 to consider the proposal submitted by the Respondent No.2 for grant of promotion to the Petitioner as Head Master. 2] Taking into consideration the innocuous prayer, the Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.1 to consider and decide the proposal submitted by Respondent No.2 for grant of promotion to the Petitioner as Head Master. Needless to state that we have not considered the merits of the matter. The Respondent No.1 shall take decision in accordance with law.
