This Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. Deceased Respondent No.1 passed away on 23rd December 2019 and the application is taken out on 4th September 2021. 2.

Due to Covid pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022. Therefore, there is no delay in filing this application.
