After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial pertaining to C.R. No. 326 of 2016 registered with Bund Garden Police Station, District Pune culminated in Sessions Case No. 304 of 2017 does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
