Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondent No. 1.

By an order dated 2nd March, 2017, this Court had directed the respondent No. 1 to deposit an amount of Rs. 2,70,000/- in the trial Court within a period of two weeks from 2nd March, 2017 by way of Talwalkar 1/2

The learned Counsel for the respondent has placed the receipt on record which shows that on 10/3/2017 pursuant to the order dated 2nd March, 2017 the respondent had deposited Rs. 2,70,000/- by way of cheque. The cheque was accepted pursuant to the order passed by J.M.F.C. Pune. The cheque is honoured and the amount of Rs. 2,70,000/- is deposited in the court. In view of this, the Contempt Petition does not survive. Hence, the contempt petition stands disposed of accordingly. All other proceedings between the parties hereto be decided on their own merits. Contempt Petition stands disposed of accordingly. The receipt alongwith application is taken on record and collective marked as article 'X'.
