This application seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 50 of 2014 pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur to the Family Court at Thane.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection if the proceedings are expedited.

In the result, the application is allowed by consent. The Hindu Marriage Petition No. 50 of 2014 pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Solapur is transferred to the Family Court at Thane with a direction to decide the matter expeditiously and the further dates shall be at the convenience of the respondent.
