The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions makes a statement that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.1 is settled and the terms of the settlement have been tendered in Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. In terms of this settlement the petitioner does not intend to prosecute the Criminal Writ Petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same.
