The learned counsel for the respondent submits that this court by order dated 18.02.2015 allowed the Appeal from Order preferred by appellant defendant by setting aside the order dated 12.06.2014 passed by Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane below Exhibit 5 in S.C.Suit No.257 of 2014. He submits that the trial court by order dated 12.06.2014 restrained the appellant defendant from carrying out any construction activity in respect of the suit property. He submits that in the interest of Justice, interim protection Mohite 1/2

The said oral request is opposed by the advocate for the appellant defendant.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant plaintiff and the order passed by this court on 18.02.2015, the oral request made by the advocate for respondent plaintiff is rejected.
