The only prayer made in this Petition by the Petitioners is to direct the Respondent No.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the Petitioners' three Second RTS Appeal Nos.90 of 2016, 91 of 2016 and 96 of 2016. According to the Petitioners the said Appeals are pending before Additional Collector of Ratnagiri, District-Ratnagiri. Megha 1/2

The learned AGP submits that Petitioners' said Appeals will be considered and appropriate decision will be taken by the Collector/Additional Collector, Ratnagiri as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Collector/ Additional Collector, Ratnagiri to consider and take appropriate decision on the said three second RTS Appeals as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
