Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions submitted that, during the pendency of the present Petition, the police have submitted chargesheet before the Trial Court. He submitted that, the Application for defreezing of bank accounts and the Order impugned herein has been passed by the Trial Court before filing of charge-sheet. In view of the filing of charge-sheet, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file a fresh Application for de-freezing of his bank accounts before the Trial Court.

Leave and liberty granted.
