DATED : 19th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- The Investigating Officer, Shri Abhinay Pawar, who is present in the Court, make a statement that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary as he has expressed his intention to settle the amount due and payable to the complainant to the tune of Rs.46,657/-. He is also ready with the post dated cheque of the said amount and he shall report to the Investigating Officer and deposit the said cheque. Subject to the compliance of the aforesaid, the applicant deserve protection from arrest. Hence, the following order :- Tilak

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Swarnadeep Krishnanand Vishwakarma in connection of C.R.No.0943/2022 registered with Malad police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall make attend the concerned police station on 27th and 28th October 2022 between 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm, and thereafter as and when directed.
