P.C.:- Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Director of the Petitioner who is personally present in the Court, submitted that, the Petitioner will deposit entire amount of arrears in the Registry of the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.

It is made clear that, no further extension to deposit said arrears will be granted on any count.

If the Petitioner makes default in making payment of the said amount of arrears, the Respondent-landlord will be at liberty to execute the decree passed by Trial Court.
