Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the entire amount payable by way of arrears of maintenance is not paid by the applicant. This issue will have to be gone into at the stage of admission of the Appeal. Delay is only of seven days which has been explained in the application.
Accordingly, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause
