Heard Mr.Rahul Mehta, the learned Counsel for the appellant. He seeks stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the M.A.C.T., Pandharpur. 2.
Learned Counsel submits that the entire amount of compensation with accrued interest shall be deposited in M.A.C.T., Pandharpur within 2 / 3
4 weeks from today.

Statement is accepted. In view of the said statement, there shall be ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (a) of the applications. 4.
If the applicants fail to deposit the amount with interest, adinterim relief shall automatically stand vacated without further reference to the Court.

After depositing the amount under award, liberty to the respondents to withdraw 30% of the amount with accrued interest. 6.
At the time of withdrawal, the respondents/claimants shall give an Undertaking that in case the appeal succeeds, they will refund the amount with interest, as per the outcome of the appeal. 7.
The applications are disposed of.
