After arguing the Bail Application for some time, Mr. Dubey, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the same.

However, he states that the Applicant is incarcerated since 26th October 2021 and, therefore, the trial be expedited. 3.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of 10 months from today.

The Applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh Bail Application, if the trial is not concluded within a period of 10 months.
