By this Civil Application Applicant is seeking condonation of 1 year 57 days delay in preferring Civil Revision Application to set aside the order dated 20.04.2017 passed by Registrar (Judicial-I) and allow him to pay deficit court fees. Considering the submissions made by the learned A.G.P. for the Applicant and the reason disclosed in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. "(b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 1 year 57 days in preferring the abovementioned Civil Revision Application in First Appeal (St.) No.11974 of 2017."
